Husband and wife Natasha and Alastair founded Lemon Zest in 2001. Having both worked in top level motorsport they appreciated the attention to detail within all areas of food service and used this as a blueprint for how Lemon Zest would approach outside catering. A simple vision to serve restaurant quality food coupled with passionate staff and modern presentation ideas.
